About the Role

Hinge Health is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Program Manager to join the company's Logistics team. As the Supply Chain Program Manager, Inbound, you will own the end-to-end inbound process for international products, partnering with vendors, our customs broker, logistics, and cross-functional hardware teams to keep inbound operations running smoothly.

This role is ideal for an experienced supply chain or operations program manager who enjoys solving practical problems, improving established processes, and seeing the direct impact of their work. You will manage vendor-facing programs, customs and duty workflows, commercial documentation, and invoice validation while helping Hinge Health deliver products to members on time.

What You’ll AccomplishIn your first 3 months
  • Take ownership of the existing inbound process and establish clear operating rhythms, responsibilities, and escalation paths.

  • Build strong working relationships with international vendors, the customs broker, logistics partners, and Hardware Operations stakeholders.

  • Review inbound product flows, customs and duty requirements, HS-code usage, commercial documentation, and invoice-validation practices.

  • Identify the highest-impact process gaps and risks affecting product timing, cost, documentation quality, or vendor execution.

  • Establish regular reporting on inbound status, exceptions, documentation issues, and actions required to keep products moving.

In your first 6 months
  • Manage the end-to-end inbound process for international products, from vendor coordination through customs clearance, receipt, and invoice validation.

  • Coordinate with vendors and the customs broker to resolve documentation, classification, duty, and clearance issues.

  • Ensure required commercial documents include accurate and relevant information, including appropriate HS codes and supporting details.

  • Validate invoices against agreed pricing, shipment information, and supporting documentation, escalating discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders.

  • Partner with logistics and Hardware Operations to improve inbound handoffs, reduce avoidable delays, and maintain reliable product flow.

  • Track vendor performance and recurring operational issues, then drive practical corrective actions with internal and external partners.

In your first year
  • Enhance the scalability, consistency, and visibility of Hinge Health’s inbound operating process as product and vendor needs evolve.

  • Develop and maintain clear process documentation, operating procedures, and controls for inbound execution, customs and duties, and invoice validation.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve vendor performance, and increase predictability across the inbound supply chain.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen supply chain operations and support new product or hardware programs.

  • Travel locally to vendors when needed to strengthen partnerships, understand operational constraints, and resolve issues at the source.

Who You Are
  • You are an experienced supply chain or operations program manager who can manage complex, vendor-facing processes from end to end.

  • You are comfortable working across international inbound operations, customs and duties, commercial documentation, and invoice validation.

  • You are a practical problem solver who can move between strategic process improvement and detailed day-to-day execution.

  • You build trust with vendors and internal partners, communicate clearly, and drive accountability without relying on formal authority.

  • You take ownership of outcomes, follow issues through to resolution, and use data and operating details to make sound decisions.

  • You are energized by visible impact and enjoy improving real-world systems rather than working only at a theoretical or reporting level.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or program management, including experience managing international inbound products and vendors.

  • Working knowledge of customs and duties processes, including the use of HS codes and supporting commercial documentation.

  • Experience managing cross-functional operational processes from vendor coordination through inbound receipt and invoice validation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting medical devices or other regulated products.

  • Familiarity with ISO 13485 or similar quality-management systems.

  • Experience negotiating vendor contracts or pricing, or implementing cost-reduction initiatives.

  • Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems, such as NetSuite or similar tools.

  • Proficiency with Excel or similar tools for operational tracking, analysis, and reporting.

  • Familiarity with Linear or comparable project-management tools.

  • Mandarin fluency and experience communicating with vendors or teams in Asia.
