Join us, the future is ours to shape!In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring local product availability through robust inventory control and strict compliance with NFCM guidelines. You will optimize downstream supply chain processes—particularly the order cycle and customer distribution—while supporting Commercial Operations. Additionally, you will deliver exceptional customer service by managing core W&D activities, including NIT file uploads, sales invoicing, GRN postings, inventory maintenance, expiry/damage disposal, and promotional sampling.
Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Ensure local product availability through effective inventory control and strict compliance with NFCM guidelines.
Drive optimization of downstream supply chain processes, focusing on the order cycle and timely customer distribution.
Align supply chain functions seamlessly to support Commercial Operations and business objectives.
Manage NIT file uploads to maintain accurate and timely system data.
Oversee sales invoicing and GRN postings to ensure smooth financial and inventory transactions.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cleaning, reconciliation, and control activities.
Lead expiry and damage disposal processes in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Coordinate promotional sampling activities to support marketing and sales initiatives effectively.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Hold an advanced university degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related scientific or commercial discipline.
Bring at least 2–3 years of proven project management experience with successful delivery of initiatives.
Demonstrate hands-on experience in supply chain management, preferably within a complex or regulated environment.
Possess a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with exposure to generics and biosimilars.
Show awareness of regulatory procedures, quality assurance standards, and patent-related considerations.
Have sound knowledge and practical experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage inventory and optimize processes effectively.
Communicate effectively and collaborate across functions to support seamless operations and customer service.
