MECCA-Maginations brings some of MECCA’s most exciting products and projects to life, and we’re looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Supply Planner to help ensure our products are in the right place, at the right time. 

Playing an important role across the end-to-end planning of the MECCA-Maginations (MECCA MAX, MECCA COSMETICA, kit:) portfolio, you’ll partner closely with Product Development, Brand, Marketing, Operations and our external supplier network to balance demand and supply, optimise inventory and support the successful delivery of new and ongoing products. 

The Role You Could Play: 

As Supply Planner – MECCA-Maginations, you will be responsible for managing supply, production and inventory planning across the portfolio, helping us maximise product availability while maintaining healthy stock levels. You will: 

  • Own the monthly supply and demand planning process, reviewing forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities, and translate demand into actionable production and replenishment plans 

  • Manage the setup and ongoing accuracy of item and master data within ERP systems, including BOMs, lead times, MOQs, costs and product information 

  • Coordinate purchase orders, production plans, raw materials, components and finished goods with suppliers, manufacturers and freight partners to support on-time delivery 

  • Monitor inventory health, stock availability, provisions, product exits and promotional requirements to balance sales opportunities with efficient inventory holdings 

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Brand, Marketing, Operations and other MECCA teams to support new launches, campaigns and broader business projects 

What You Will Bring: 

You are an organised and proactive supply planning professional who enjoys working across multiple priorities and building strong relationships with internal and external partners. Ideally, you will bring: 

  • 2+ years’ experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory management or a similar role 

  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with excellent attention to detail and confidence working with planning and ERP systems 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams 

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, prioritisation and continuous improvement; previous manufacturing planning experience will be highly regarded
