We are a healthcare technology company that provides platforms and solutions to improve the management and access of cost-effective pharmacy benefits. Our technology helps enterprise and partnership clients simplify their businesses and helps consumers save on prescriptions.

As a leader in SaaS technology for healthcare, we offer innovative solutions with integrated intelligence on a single enterprise platform that connects the pharmacy ecosystem.  With our expertise and modern, modular platform, our partners use real-time data to transform their business performance and optimize their innovative models in the marketplace.

Position summary

The SVP of Pharmacy Relations sets the standard for how RxSense engages, retains, and grows its pharmacy relationships and brings consistency to how RxSense discount card brands and account managers serve our pharmacy clients. This role is responsible for partner retention, satisfaction, and organic growth across RxSense's portfolio of pharmacy relationships, and all facets of retail, mail and specialty contracting across all business segments (cash and funded).

You will lead a small team of account and relationship managers and partner closely with the pricing, contracting, and reconciliation teams who will continue to own those functions, so the SVP can focus on the relationship, the strategy, and the growth opportunity. This is a highly visible role with regular exposure to RxSense executive leadership and to senior leaders throughout the retail pharmacy industry.

Key responsibilities

Proactive account management

  • Implement an engagement model with a proactive cadence of business reviews, strategic check-ins, and performance reporting for each assigned pharmacy partner.
  • Build and maintain trusted, senior-level relationships with pharmacy partner stakeholders, serving as their primary advocate inside RxSense.

Strategic alignment

  • Develop deep insight into each partner's business, market position, and long-term objectives, and ensure RxSense's engagement plan is aligned to them.
  • Bring consistency across account managers, pharmacy clients, and RxSense brands (including SingleCare, ParamountRx, and Integris), so partners experience one coordinated RxSense rather than separate teams.

Growth and opportunity identification

  • Aggressively and proactively promote the full RxSense solution set, including digital marketplace, GlobalBIN, brand affordability programs, and pricing sophistication, to address retail pharmacy challenges.
  • Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and clearly communicate the value RxSense already delivers so it is recognized and rewarded.

Team leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of account and relationship managers, standardizing practices, tools, and reporting across the portfolio.

Feedback and innovation loop

  • Establish a structured feedback loop from pharmacy partners back into RxSense's product and technology teams to inform new solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, Underwriting and the pricing and contracting teams to deliver a seamless partner experience end to end.

What success looks like

A consistent and scalable engagement model in place across all assigned pharmacy partners.

Documented account plans and a regular business review cadence for every partner.

A high-functioning Pharmacy Relations team with clear roles, coaching, and standardized reporting.

At least one organic growth or expansion opportunity identified and advanced per major partner.

A working feedback channel from partners into RxSense's product roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; PharmD or MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in account management, client success, or partner relationship roles, ideally spanning retail pharmacy, pharmacy benefits, or a related healthcare setting.
  • Experience within a retail pharmacy chain or pharmacy operations environment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success building or leading a client success or account management team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Track record of driving retention and organic growth within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to build credibility and trust with senior pharmacy stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of the pharmacy benefits and retail pharmacy landscape, including the competitive and reimbursement pressures partners face.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the judgment to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
