Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions for an enterprise API integration platform. The Systems Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and quality engineering teams to define requirements, analyze systems, and ensure successful implementation of integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Conduct current-state and future-state process analysis.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design integration workflows and API requirements.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend system enhancements.
  • Support solution design reviews and validate business requirements.
  • Assist Quality Engineering teams with test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and stakeholder sign-offs.
  • Monitor integration performance and recommend improvements.
  • Support change management, training, and deployment activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications.
  • Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
  • Knowledge of data mapping, ETL processes, and system architecture.
  • Experience working on API integration and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Improved integration reliability and system performance.
  • High stakeholder satisfaction and successful delivery of business requirements.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 32,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 114,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full-time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
