- A Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field is required
- A minimum of three years of experience in system management or system implementation is required
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating and analyzing systems
- Demonstrated experience in gathering and writing system requirements
