Introduction
SAIC, a leading provider of systems development and deployment, targeting and intelligence analysis, systems engineering and integration, and training capabilities and solutions for the Intelligence Community (IC), is seeking creative and dedicated professionals to fulfill their career goals and objectives, while delivering mission excellence on programs of national importance.
SAIC's National Intelligence Community (NIC) Business Unit, USG Mission and Information Technology Division, is seeking a Systems Analyst to perform full lifecycle duration data management and conduct system administration and maintenance on a stand-alone network. 
 

Required Skills and Demonstrated Experience:  

  • Tool trainer; tech targeter; user engagement/training/demos
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.  
  • Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in the following:
  • Working within an Agile Scrum team environment
  • Performing requirements analysis
  • Working with financial data sets
  • Providing data in a visualized format
  • Performing DevOps related activities such as certificate management and server patching
  • Analyzing hardware and software
  • Using tracking tools such as Jira
  • Using team collaboration tools such as Confluence or similar
 

 Desired Skills and Demonstrated Experience: 

  • Demonstrated experience utilizing Amazon Web Services such as SMS, Data Pipeline, Relational Database (RDS), Cloudwatch, EC2, EBS, S3, KMS, or SMS
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing DevOps tools such as Github, Subversion, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory
  • Certifications:
                         • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
                         • AWS Certified Developer
                         • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
                         • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)
                         • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
                         • Certified Financial Crimes Specialist (CFCS)
                         • Six Sigma Certification

US Citizenship:

  • This position requires US Citizenship. Verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements will be confirmed.

Security Clearance:

  • The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.
  • Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.

Travel: 

  • This position is expected to be onsite. The position will be located within the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA).   Local travel/POV will be on an as needed basis, within the local place of performance.
