  • IT Systems Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of IT systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations across the organization.

  • End-User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new devices, and assisting with IT-related inquiries.

  • Software and Application Management: Install, configure, and maintain software applications and licenses, including productivity tools, collaboration platforms, and business applications, to support the needs of the organization.

  • IT Training and Documentation: Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and procedures, as well as develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service support.

What You Bring

  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills.

  • Experience with Okta administration and automation.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS365 administration.

  • Familiarity with MDM administration and zero-touch deployment.

  • Strong network administration and troubleshooting skills.

  • Prior experience in SaaS operations management.

  • Proficiency in supporting both Mac and Windows systems.

We appreciate your interest in joining our team. If we find that your qualifications and experience align with the requirements of the position, we will be in touch to further discuss. However, due to the high volume of applications we receive, we regret that we may not be able to personally respond to all candidates.

Join our mission to build lasting technology platforms and create long-term economic and societal value.
