Senior Systems Analyst – Job Description


The Expertise You Have

· Bachelor’s degree required; technology-related field preferred

· 5+ years of project delivery experience in a systems or business analyst role

· 3+ years working on agile teams delivering value in digital products (Agile/Scrum experience preferred)

· Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes

· Proven track record of delivering in a fast-paced, evolving environment

· Experience with project management in a technology/software development organization

· Experience crafting web-based transactional applications in Agile/Scrum methodology, including requirements, user stories, and project tracking using JIRA

· Knowledge of the financial services industry and contact center/telephony space is a plus

· Experience with APIs is a plus

· Experience with contact center integration projects

· Familiarity with Genesys or similar telephony platforms

· Entrepreneurial thinker, comfortable embracing, proposing, and leading change

· Experience solving complex business problems and translating them into simple software solutions, and Experience in handling L1 and L2 tickets and client reported issues

· Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment involving multiple partners and technical groups, Prepare weekly/monthly reports on issues reported, fixed etc and Channelized the tickets to L3 and L4, track it to closure as per SLA


Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 36,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 126,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
