Position Summary:

  • Develop and support multiple Tableau implementations as part of the Portfolio Management, Governance and Delivery team.
  • Will be required to investigate, analyze and setup automation to maximize efficiency for existing business process.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and find root causes of any issues and provide resolution.
  • Identify, aggregate, report and escalate compliance and operational risks, issues and control enhancements.
  • May involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools.
  • May collaborate with multiple agile teams to coordinate delivery of reporting
  • Take initiative and research any issues using multiple bank systems.
  • Take ownership of the use cases and own the delivery till the end.
  • Candidate will participate in daily stand-ups, ceremonies, etc.
  • Must be self-motivated and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have ability to work well under pressure, have good time management skills, able to problem solve, and ability to multi-task
  • Typically requires 5+ years of experience.

Required Skills:

  • Skilled in Tableau Development and advanced dashboard building
  • Skilled in Tableau 2020 or latest version
  • Skilled in writing complex queries using SQL Server  Oracle in analyzing the data
  • Excellent data analysis and data profiling skills using SQL  Oracle
  • Very good understanding of data and relationship concepts
  • Works under minimal supervision on data analysis and data quality support functions
  • Ability to lead the Tableau implementations working closely with the team
  • Team player

Desired Skills:

  • Tableau 2020 or latest, SQL/Oracle, T-SQL, PL/SQL, Jira, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau certification

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
