Coordinate full-cycle recruiting tasks: source and screen candidates, schedule and greet onsite interviews, manage application processes and background checks, maintain recruiting records and reports, partner with Operations on talent strategy, and support onboarding and recruiting logistics.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate seamlessly with teammates and stakeholders.
- Source candidates on various job boards
- Screen candidates via Microsoft Teams and in person
- Schedule onsite interview for Operations
- Greet candidates onsite and assist with assessment and interview process
- Follow up with candidates regarding their onboarding process
- Partner with Operations to create and implement a talent acquisition strategy for identifying internal and external talent.
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, internet sites; providing organizational information, opportunities; benefits and maintaining rapport.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, interviewing applicants and consistent set of qualifications.
- Manage and administer application processes including screening, paperwork, relevant testing, reference checking, background/credit checks, company systems, and recordkeeping, in compliance with EEO standards and company expectations.
- Complete and accurately maintain required recruiting reports.
- Administer inventory/orders related to recruitment advertising, testing tools, and other resources utilized for recruiting purposes.
- Maintain concentration and focus to meet performance goals
- React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
- Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
- Perform additional duties as required by management
Qualifications Skills/Abilities:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Past recruiting, interviewing, or human resources experience is a plus
- Employees must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

- 100% attendance is required - schedule will be built between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday hours.

Computer Experience:
