THE ROLE:

FloSports is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help power our hiring engine. This is a high-impact, in-office role where you’ll own scheduling, support recruiting across all teams, and run our internship program end-to-end.

If you’re highly organized, proactive, and want to grow into a full-cycle recruiter, this is your seat at the table.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own interview scheduling across all departments (high volume, fast-paced)

  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from first touch to offer

  • Support recruiting across business, tech, and operations roles

  • Build and send offer letters

  • Keep pipelines clean and processes moving in Ashby (ATS)

  • Run FloSports’ internship program end-to-end

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • 0–2 years experience (recruiting, coordination, or admin)

  • Extremely organized + detail-oriented

  • Strong communicator who follows through

  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable owning your work

  • Excited to grow into a recruiter
