Job Description

The Talent Acquistion (Early Career) Enablement & Operations Project Manager is a temporary role (Contract) with our Global Early Career Recruiting team. You will play a critical role in quickly scaling and strengthening our global Early Career Talent (ECT) programs. As we launch a new global intern framework, revamp our HR Leadership Development Program, and build toward a full-time ECT engagement model, this role will provide the operational and enablement foundation needed for long-term success.

This individual will consult and operationalize our early career strategy by building the tools, infrastructure, documentation, and resources that enable our internal stakeholders, hiring leaders, mentors, and recruiters to deliver high-impact, consistent, and scalable programs. Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Operations and ECT leadership, this role will translate strategy into practical systems, content, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Enablement

  • Design and maintain a centralized SharePoint hub for Early Career Talent resources, including SOPs, FAQs, toolkits, and best practices.

  • Develop comprehensive manager and mentor toolkits to support onboarding, coaching, performance management, and inclusive leadership.

  • Create performance management resources for early career hires and people leaders, including goal-setting templates, feedback guides, and evaluation frameworks.

  • Build process flow diagrams and visual documentation to simplify complex workflows for business leaders and stakeholders.

  • Develop internal enablement materials such as one-pagers, roadshow decks, talking points, and training sessions.

Program Enablement, Operations & Documentation

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations to document and standardize recruiting processes, tools, and workflows specific to early career recruiting.

  • Support workforce planning and hiring cycle enablement through clear process mapping and guidance.

  • Create scalable systems for tracking and reporting key program activities and outcomes.

  • Creation of a global master program calendar including cohort timelines, milestones, and touchpoints.

  • Design and distribute program surveys (intake, midpoint, retrospectives) and support analysis and insights.

  • Support organization design mapping and role clarity for the ECT team.

  • Develop change management playbooks and document lessons learned to continuously improve future cycles.

Content Creation & Communications

  • Create branded, engaging content for internal and external audiences.

  • Develop social media templates (acceptance announcements, “Day in the Life,” impact spotlights, return offer posts).

  • Build communication sequences including welcome emails, pre-start outreach, and orientation materials.

  • Ensure consistent messaging and experience across all early career programs and touchpoints.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Early Career Programs, HR Operations, or related fields

  • Strong understanding of early career recruiting and development programs (internships, rotational programs, entry-level hiring)

  • Proven project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives

  • Experience building operational frameworks, documentation, and enablement resources

  • Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills

  • High proficiency with collaboration and documentation platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SmartSheet)

Preferred

  • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar)

  • Experience supporting global or multi-region programs

  • Background in change management and organizational design

  • Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms

Ideal location in San Jose / Bay Area or Irvine, CA.
