Thuma is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to help build the teams that bring our brand to life. You’ll own full-cycle, high-volume hiring across Retail, Cafe, CX, and Supply Chain, partnering closely with leaders to find exceptional people, move quickly, and create a candidate experience that feels as thoughtful as the brand itself. This is a high-energy role for a recruiter who loves building pipelines, solving hiring challenges creatively, and helping a growing business scale without losing quality or hospitality along the way.

You will

  • Own full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing, for high-volume roles across retail, cafe, CX, and supply chain.
  • Build and manage pipelines across multiple markets that can flex to high volume without sacrificing candidate experience or quality of hire.
  • Bring a hospitality mindset to every candidate touchpoint.
  • Partner with hiring managers and site leaders to forecast hiring needs, calibrate on what "great" looks like, and keep req pipelines moving.
  • Diversify new sourcing channels and iterate approaches, bubbling up learnings and guidance  for expansion.
  • Track new hire review cycles and exit interviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent the Thuma brand in every candidate interaction.
  • Partner with payroll on referral bonus tracking and processing.
  • Manage a large, fast-moving req load with strong organization and follow-through.
  • Advise hiring managers on hiring decisions and process improvements rather than just taking intake orders.
  • Use AI tools as part of your everyday workflow, from sourcing and screening to scheduling and reporting, to work faster without losing the personal touch.
  • Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other recruiting metrics.
  • Work with the People Team on and support onboarding handoffs to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new markets, and flex to support corporate roles as needed.

This might describe you

  • 2-4 years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume hourly hiring for retail, hospitality, food & beverage, CX, or supply chain.
  • You understand taste, design, luxury and our brand.
  • You are comfortable asking the hard questions, giving feedback and are a strong communicator: proactive, detailed, and timely.
  • A natural innovator, energized by solving high-volume hiring challenges creatively rather than running the same process on repeat.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage a large volume of open reqs and candidates at once without dropping details.
  • Warm, positive energy that comes through in every candidate interaction, and a genuine passion for talent and helping people find roles where they'll thrive.
  • Experience and interest in using AI tools thoughtfully and appropriately to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Experience with Rippling ATS is a plus.
  • Excited about the opportunity to travel, plan hiring events and expand our brand!
