LeanData helps the world's fastest-growing companies automate, simplify, and accelerate revenue.
We're looking for a Manager of Talent Acquisition who is part builder, part operator, and genuinely energized by rethinking how recruiting gets done. In this role you'll own key searches yourself while leading our TA function. Just as important, you'll look at our recruiting as a system, and bring new, smarter, and more innovative ways to run it.
You'll partner with senior leaders to understand what they need, sharpen how we hire, and build a function that scales with the business. If you like solving problems with better process and the right technology, not just more activity, this role is for you.
Build the strategy
You'll work with leadership and finance to forecast hiring needs, manage headcount plans, and design a recruiting capacity model that scales.
You'll use data and market insight to guide decisions and keep refining how we hire.
You'll help shape our employer brand so we attract a strong, diverse pool of talent.
Lead the team
You'll lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team, setting clear goals and giving regular coaching and feedback.
You'll create an inclusive environment where recruiters do their best work and grow their careers.
Run the engine
You'll own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and make it smooth for candidates and hiring managers alike.
As a player–coach, you'll personally run critical searches while raising the bar on how the whole team executes.
You'll rethink and modernize our recruiting tech stack — including our ATS — and bring an experimental mindset to new tools and approaches, including AI, that make us faster and better.
You'll set and track the KPIs that matter — time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience — and use them to keep improving.
Required
6+ years in talent acquisition, with deep full-cycle recruiting experience.
A track record of building and running a data-driven recruiting strategy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business sense and the ability to be a real strategic partner to senior leaders.
A systems thinker who's curious about new technology and eager to test, learn, and improve how recruiting works.
Preferred
Experience scaling a TA function in a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech company.
A mix of agency and in-house recruiting experience.
Experience managing a recruiting budget and vendor relationships.
Hands-on experience with both technical and GTM recruiting.
