We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events with features like APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more—enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability costs by up to 70%.

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing HR team and support our GTM US and EMEA hiring.

Someone who lives and breathes recruiting and is highly motivated, innovative, and driven by challenges. You must be a people person, team worker, and independent professional who has a proven track of managing end-to-end recruiting processes and getting stuff done. We’re constantly looking for hungry, humble, and smart people; in that order, if this sounds like you, join us on our journey to make raw log data obsolete!

Hybrid Model: 4 days a week from our Boston or San Francisco office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform full-life cycle recruiting in multiple key areas.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and give them professional insights.
  • Screening CVs and conducting phone interviews with Candidates.
  • Work closely with recruitment agencies.
  • Providing an amazing candidate experience, ensuring candidates are kept in the loop and receive timely information.
  • Writing and posting job descriptions on career websites, social media, and building
  • a robust pipeline of great candidates using a variety of creative channels.
  • Conducting interviews and ensuring we find the perfect match for our company.
  • Participate in and lead cross-organizational recruiting initiatives, promoting candidate experience, employee referral programs, diversity, employer brand, EVP creation, etc.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of proven experience in End to End recruitment process, preferably from a hyper-growth mode company
  • Proven experience with up-to-date sourcing techniques (specifically LinkedIn Recruiter and Spark Hire - an advantage) and ability to remain current with strategic sourcing techniques and skills.
  • Proven experience with leading phone interviews, hiring processes, and delivering a complete functional solution.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and changing environment. We are working fast!
  • Proactive, independent, and a go-getter who also enjoys being a team player.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science- an advantage

Compensation and Benefits

This role offer a range of $100,000 to $130,000. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, education, and work location.
