POSITION OVERVIEW: 

At Insomnia Cookies, we know our people are the secret ingredient behind every warm, delicious experience. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a critical role in helping us build the teams that fuel our continued growth. Guided by our values of Dream Big, Stay Hungry, Do What's Different, and Bake to Perfection, you'll partner closely with Operations leaders to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across our bakery network. 

This is a highly collaborative, business-facing role where you'll own full-cycle recruiting for both salaried field leadership and high-volume hourly positions. You'll develop creative sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, organize hiring events, leverage recruiting marketing campaigns, and deliver an Always Warm candidate experience from first conversation through offer acceptance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for field operations positions, including Bakery Managers, Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, Drivers, and Cookie Crew.  

  • Partner with Operations leaders to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, and serve as a trusted talent advisor throughout the hiring process.  

  • Recruit for a mix of salaried field leadership and high-volume hourly positions across multiple markets. 

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.  

  • Plan and host hiring events, open interviews, and community recruiting initiatives that drive qualified candidate flow into open requisitions.  

  • Drive applicant volume through proactive sourcing, targeted outreach, referrals, social recruiting, local partnerships, and recruiting marketing campaigns.  

  • Source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, social media, and other creative sourcing channels.  

  • Partner with Marketing to support employment branding initiatives and local recruiting campaigns that strengthen Insomnia Cookies' employer brand.  

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.  

  • Maintain recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and reporting within Lever ATS.  

  • Respond promptly and accurately to field leader inquiries, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and escalating concerns as needed to minimize impact on store operations 

  • Monitor recruiting metrics and use data to improve hiring speed, quality of hire, and recruiting effectiveness.  

  • Partner with HR and Operations teams to support new bakery openings and other strategic hiring initiatives.  

  • Ensure recruiting processes are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company policies and employment regulations. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.  

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other multi-unit organizations.  

  • Proven success recruiting both salaried leadership and high-volume hourly positions.  

  • Highly skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems  

  • Demonstrated success building talent pipelines through sourcing, hiring events, recruiting campaigns, and community engagement.  

  • Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.  

  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.  

  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.  

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions and improve hiring outcomes.  

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
