Qvest is seeking an experienced full lifecycle recruiter with exceptional direct sourcing skills, a keen ability to stay highly organized while managing multiple priorities, demonstrated success partnering with and reporting to hiring managers at all levels, and a self-motivated approach to creating results. In this role, you will rigorously source and screen candidates to identify top performers who align with both technical job requirements and the Qvest culture. What You'll Do
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, establish search strategies, and align on ideal candidate profiles
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search techniques, and creative networking strategies to identify and engage top-tier, passive talent
Conduct thorough introductory interviews to evaluate technical/cultural alignment while pitching the Qvest vision, culture, and role to spark top candidate interest
Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and candidate logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
Facilitate, prepare, and extend offer packages
Proactively track pipeline metrics, keep hiring managers aligned, and provide regular reporting on pipeline health and recruitment progress
Deliver a high-touch, best-in-class candidate journey from initial outreach through onboarding
SubContractor Process SupportPartner directly with subcontractor vendor firms to source, vet, and kick off onboarding for specialized talent tailored to client and project needs
Facilitate subcontractor interviews and screenings to ensure prospective talent meets specifications
Help optimize, support, and execute the subcontractor lifecycle management process
Recruiting Process OptimizationHelp maintain comprehensive recruitment guidelines, standard operating procedures, and training resources
Actively share best practices, market intelligence, and sourcing techniques across the team to elevate overall recruitment capabilities
Identify pain points and implement process enhancements to drive overall team efficiency
What You'll Bring
3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience (sourcing, interviewing, scheduling interviews, tracking applicants, and extending offers), ideally for a professional services organization
- 3+ years of proven success using LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates
Strong candidate engagement skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making
Ability to independently manage your workload while supporting the larger recruiting team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with ATS navigation, data maintenance, and reporting
Experience ensuring that the recruiting processes and documentation comply with all EEO guidelines
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Experience
Experience working in recruiting for a Management or Technology Consulting firm
Experience with the Lever ATS
- Foundational Google Sheets and/or Excel skills
