Lead development of high-performance Java backend applications across the full lifecycle. Design and implement REST APIs, ensure multithreaded synchronization on multicore systems, apply enterprise architecture and OOP best practices, use Spring/Hibernate and Oracle PL/SQL, work in Agile with global teams, and communicate with business stakeholders.

- Apply software engineering best practices to produce high performance Java applications
- Involvement with the full development lifecycle of analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment and support
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in IT field
- Strong hands on experience in Core Java
- Multi-threading and Synchronization on multicore systems
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Principles
- Solid architectural understanding of enterprise applications
- Experience with REST based APIs
- Spring/Hibernate
- Oracle PL SQL Experience
- Agile development experience
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written; ability to face off to business users.
- Good team-work skills, and the ability to work in a distributed global team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the determination to achieve his/her goals
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 46,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 162,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
