SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE (Customer Migration & Implementation)
Supplier will independently perform the following tasks in the Next Gen Ariba functional domain:
Lead customer requirements workshops to gather business needs and document current Ariba configurations.
Analyze customer’s current Ariba landscape (Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Catalogs).
Perform fit/gap assessments between existing Ariba configuration and Next-Gen Ariba capabilities.
Design target procurement processes and approval flows for the new platform.
Prepare configuration workbooks, migration design documents, mapping templates, and solution specifications.
Guide customers through functional migration, including suppliers, users, roles, catalogs, workflows, and parameters.
Coordinate with engineering resources to validate mapping logic, data transformation, and workflow outputs.
Develop functional test scenarios, UAT scripts, and validation steps for migrated customers.
Support customer testing cycles, including workflow validation, approvals, data reconciliation, and process walkthroughs.
Lead cutover activities, including configuration finalization, customer readiness, and go-live alignment.
Provide functional advisory on Next-Gen Ariba features, changes, and process redesign needs.
Create customer-facing documentation, including solution summaries, migration guides, and training materials.
