About E2B

E2B is a fast-growing Series A startup with over $37M in funding and 8-figure revenue. We are building the Agent Cloud and power the infrastructure behind AI labs and some of the most widely used consumer and enterprise agents, including Manus, Genspark, Lindy, ClickUp, Groq, and Artificial Analysis. Our team includes original authors of Firecracker, the AWS microVM technology powering Lambda, along with alumni of Cognition, JetBrains, Zapier, and Wish.

About the role

E2B is looking for a Technical Copywriter to turn complex product and engineering ideas into clear, accurate content for developers building AI agents.

This is a hands-on execution role to work from hypotheses, priorities, and briefs set by our marketing leadership, then own the path from draft to publication. Your focus will be producing high-quality technical content at a consistent cadence.

You’ll write comparison, migration, and integration pages; create docs-adjacent explainers from conversations with engineers and the codebase; produce customer case studies; and edit work from specialist freelancers. Every piece should be technically credible, easy to understand, and structured so we can measure its impact.

This role is a strong fit for someone who writes quickly without sacrificing accuracy, takes feedback without friction, and is genuinely comfortable writing to be tested and iterated.

What you’ll do

Turn priorities into published content. Work from an established backlog of hypotheses and briefs, moving high-priority ideas from draft through technical review to publication on a committed cadence.

Write comparison, migration, and integration pages. Own the most repeatable, high-volume content across the answer layer, helping developers understand where E2B fits and how to adopt it.

Create technically credible explainers. Interview engineers, read documentation and code, and translate complex concepts into clear content without relying on secondhand summaries.

Produce customer case studies. Partner with account owners and customers to run interviews, draft narratives, manage approvals, and publish useful stories.

Edit specialist freelance work. Manage quality across outside contributors, ensuring every piece meets the same standards for accuracy, structure, tone, and usefulness.

Work inside an experiment loop. Ship content against a defined hypothesis, target metric, and review date. Maintain consistent structure and instrumentation so results can be evaluated cleanly.

Build a reliable review process. Partner with Engineering and Marketing to make technical review predictable, incorporate feedback quickly, and minimize correctness rewrites.

Measure execution quality. Track publishing cadence, technical accuracy, turnaround from identified content gap to live page, and throughput across internal and freelance work.

What we’re looking for

2–5 years of experience writing technical content for developers, infrastructure products, developer tools, APIs, or a similarly technical audience.

A portfolio that demonstrates clear, accurate writing about complex technical products. Experience with comparison pages, migration guides, integrations, documentation, or technical case studies is especially relevant.

Enough technical fluency to read code, interview engineers, understand APIs and developer workflows, and catch errors in your own work.

Strong editorial judgment. You can turn an imperfect brief or technical conversation into a clean, useful piece without inventing claims or losing important nuance.

Speed and consistency. You can manage multiple pieces at different stages and publish against a committed cadence.

Comfort with feedback and measurement. You take edits without friction, write within an established strategy, and are willing to let performance data determine what gets repeated, revised, or retired.

Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Able to work from our San Francisco office or remotely, with strong overlap with the team.

Nice-to-have

Experience writing about AI agents, model infrastructure, sandboxes, cloud infrastructure, open-source software, or usage-based SaaS.

Hands-on experience with developer documentation, APIs, SDKs, command-line tools, or code samples.

Experience managing freelance writers or editing technical work from subject-matter experts.

Experience working with SEO, answer-engine optimization, content experimentation, or conversion-focused technical pages.

Familiarity with the AI-agent ecosystem, including agent frameworks, model providers, sandboxes, and developer infrastructure.

Experience producing customer stories from technical interviews and managing external approval cycles.
