Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Broadcast Producer to lead the creative development, planning, and execution of high-quality corporate live events and broadcasts. This role is designed for an experienced producer who excels in corporate live production environments, can confidently run shows and crews, and brings a strong creative point of view to broadcast storytelling. 

This position partners closely with Producers, Senior Engineers, Cinematographers and Media Production leadership to deliver impactful live experiences while helping shape production standards, workflows, and best practices. While video production experience is a plus, this is a broadcast-first role with a strong emphasis on live events, show execution, and business impact. 

In-office role based in San Francisco, CA. This position requires hands-on involvement in live production and broadcast operations. 

Responsibilities 

  • Broadcast & Live Production Leadership 

  • Produce and execute corporate live events and broadcasts across studio, event, and remote environments 

  • Own show flow, run of show development, rehearsals, and live execution 

  • Lead productions with a strong command of pacing, storytelling, and audience experience 

  • Operate in key broadcast roles as needed, including technical director, switcher operator, camera operator, audio, or streaming roles 

  • Ensure seamless multi-destination outputs including in-room, broadcast, recording, and video conferencing 

  • Creative Direction 

  • Shape the creative and editorial approach for live broadcasts and events 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear show formats and compelling narratives 

  • Maintain a high bar for production quality, aesthetics, and consistency 

  • Crew, Vendor & Stakeholder Management 

  • Staff, lead, and manage production crews using internal and external resources 

  • Direct on-camera talent and guide presenters through rehearsals and live events 

  • Manage vendors, freelancers, and production partners 

  • Work directly with stakeholders to define show requirements, timelines, and success metrics 

  • Strategy, ROI & Process 

  • Balance creative ambition with budget, timelines, and business priorities 

  • Understand and communicate the ROI of live events and broadcast content 

  • Capture performance metrics and feedback to inform continuous improvement 

  • Contribute to production workflows, standards, and playbooks to ensure consistency and scalability 

  • Video Production (Plus) 

  • Support video production projects as needed, from concept through delivery 

  • Partner with video teams to extend the impact of live events through recorded content 
    Comfortable overseeing or directing video shoots when required 

  • Required Skills & Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA or BS in film production or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 

  • 8+ years in media production with a strong focus on live broadcast and corporate events 

  • Proven experience producing and running live shows in professional broadcast environments 

  • Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of live production workflows and AV signal flow 

  • Experience with vMix or similar live production platforms 

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Zoom Microsoft Teams, and Audition 

  • Familiarity with tools such as Panopto, OpenReel, Singular.live, Airtable, Iconik, and Microsoft SharePoint 

  • Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead crews and manage complex live productions 

  • Strong communication skills with technical teams, creatives, and executive stakeholders 

  • Calm, decisive leadership in fast-paced live environments 

  • Creative Strength: Strong visual storytelling instincts and editorial judgment 

  • Ability to adapt creatively in real time during live productions 

  • Video Experience (Plus): Experience with video production workflows is a strong plus

  • Experienced in corporate broadcast environments and executive-facing events 

  • Strong creative instincts paired with disciplined execution 

  • Comfortable leading crews and making real-time decisions under pressure 

  • Understands how live broadcasts support business objectives and deliver ROI

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $120,000 and $215,380. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
