About this role

Your Team:

Aladdin is BlackRock’s end-to-end investment platform, supporting investment management, trading, operations, accounting, and risk workflows across the investment lifecycle. You will join the Aladdin Product team as it continues to scale and evolve the platform for a growing and increasingly diverse client base. The team works in close partnership with engineering and data specialists to solve complex financial technology challenges and expand Aladdin’s artificial intelligence capabilities.

 

Your Role and Impact:

This analyst role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) development, technology delivery, and client partnership. You will contribute to the delivery of complex technology solutions and large-scale initiatives, take ownership of critical workstreams, and help influence product strategy. The role is well suited to someone who can translate client challenges into engineering solutions, collaborate effectively across disciplines, and solve complex problems at scale.

 

Your Responsibilities:

The scope of this role also includes the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver product roadmaps, business content, and supporting materials, prioritizing features based on client needs and supporting timely execution.
  • Partner with engineering and data specialists to embed artificial intelligence (AI)-first principles throughout product planning and delivery.
  • Contribute to AI-powered solutions, including enterprise chatbots and automation capabilities, while identifying opportunities to reduce manual operational effort at scale.
  • Conduct user discovery and stakeholder interviews, translating insights into product priorities, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that support leadership decision-making.
  • Design scalable processes and operating models, including Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) frameworks, to improve engineering productivity and capacity allocation.
  • Promote quality, reliability, and compliance throughout the product delivery lifecycle.

 

Your Experience:

  • 0–3 years of experience in product management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) applications in enterprise platforms.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business-impact narratives.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

For NY7 - 50 Hudson Yards, New York Only the salary range for this position is USD$111,625.00 - USD$132,500.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model

BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all.
