About Vibecode

We're building the future of software creation. Vibecode is the first full-stack vibe coding platform for mobile and web, letting anyone bring ideas to life as working apps—no code required. With over 200K users and ~$10M raised from top investors like 776, Neo, and Long Journey Ventures, we're scaling fast.

The Role

As the first cross-functional hire at Vibecode, you'll sit at the center of the company, acting as the voice of our users across support, feedback, community, and client channels. You'll shape product direction by solving user requests, translating them into signals and clear priorities, bring structure during our high growth period, and help scale our Forward Deployed Engineer program. This is a front-row seat to every major decision in one of the fastest-moving AI startups redefining how apps are built.

This role most closely resembles a first Product Manager / Product Operations hybrid, with strong technical depth and user-facing ownership.

What you'll do:
  • Own and scale all user-facing channels, including our early access program, in-app support, Discord community, and emerging client/enterprise touchpoints

  • Act as the primary voice of the user: triage incoming feedback, identify high-signal pain points, and translate them into actionable product priorities and roadmap recommendations

  • Dive hands-on into user issues, debugging the platform, educating them about the platform, and directly helping power users ship apps

  • Structure and professionalize our Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) program: define and productize custom support offerings to help users launch and scale complex apps

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and leadership to influence major decisions, from feature trade-offs to long-term platform strategy

About You
  • 2+ years of experience in high-intensity, execution-heavy roles (management consulting, investment banking, startup operations, or technical product roles)

  • Strong technical foundation, you must have experience developing software and should understand software both at a high level and must be proficient in Javascript.

  • Proven ability to operate at both levels:

    • Zoomed-in on details: bugs, workflows, and user pain

    • Zoomed-out on strategy: roadmap tradeoffs, prioritization, and long-term platform bets

  • Deep comfort working directly with demanding users and clients

  • Demonstrated ownership over ambiguous problem spaces with minimal guidance

  • Clear, structured communicator who can synthesize messy input into crisp decisions

  • High personal bar for quality, speed, and follow-through

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience owning customer feedback, support, or go-to-market signal as a product input

  • Hands-on experience building or shipping software products

  • Prior exposure to early-stage or fast-scaling startups

  • Founder, operator, or “first PM” experience

Why Vibecode

Impact: Build technology that changes how software is created, reshaping how millions of creators interface with the modern world.

Ownership: Become the first PM of this fast growing, small, high-caliber team where you'll shape our services and product direction.

Growth: Significant equity and the opportunity to scale with a well-funded, fast-growing company. This role is also flexible by nature and allows you to grow into the position most suitable for you.

Details
  • Base Salary: $100,000 - $250,000 based on experience

  • Equity: 0.5 - 1.0%

  • Location: In-person in San Francisco
