About Archive

Join Archive in our mission to change consumer shopping behavior for the better. If you think humans buy too much stuff and throw too much away, then this problem is for you. As the leading technology platform for branded resale, we now power circular businesses for 50+ brands globally including Lululemon, The North Face and New Balance.

We are growing our team of highly motivated, forward-thinking individuals to help build the most delightful user experience for shopping used items, and the software to help brands make this a significant part of their business. If this mission speaks to you, come join us as we grow our share of the booming second hand market—projected to grow 3X faster than the overall global apparel market and to hit $350 Billion globally by 2028.

About this role

At Archive, we’re building the future of branded resale—and the challenges are as exciting as they are complex. As a Technical Product Manager, you act as the engine behind our engineering teams: partnering with a fast‑paced, AI‑native engineering team to ship high‑quality products, removing roadblocks, and helping translate ambitious product vision into clear technical goals. Reporting to our CTO, this role marries product strategy and definition with driving rapid scoping and execution across both consumer‑facing experiences and powerful tools for enterprise brands and logistics partners.

With a rapidly growing customer base spanning new industries and geographies, you’ll tackle problems that are rarely one‑size‑fits‑all. As a Series B company, we’ve hit the sweet spot: the structure and stability to scale, combined with the agility to move fast and explore bold ideas. If you’re energized by complexity, cross‑team collaboration, and building products that have real operational impact, this is the place to do it.

What you'll do
  • Translate product vision into concrete technical goals, working with design and engineering to break down strategy into clear requirements documents and specs for AI-native development workflows

  • Drive product initiatives across our entire platform, spanning e‑commerce, business administration, data and reporting, third‑party integrations, warehouse operations, and internal tooling.

  • Keep broad and complete state of everything involving and related to your projects. Pre-empt and resolve any issues that may steer projects off-course

  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, resale operations, and brand‑facing teams to successfully launch and scale new platform capabilities.

  • Build strong relationships with customer-facing teams, and possessing high levels of empathy for our end-users’ needs.

What we are looking for
  • 5+ years of product experience and have worked in a growing startup.

  • Proven track record of working with engineering teams and understanding complex technical concepts. Able to paint a higher-level product vision for engineers, but also able to get into the details and be a strong execution partner.

  • Ability to navigate dynamic, fast-paced environments and context-switch with ease. You advocate for your products and projects, but are also able to adjust as priorities change.

  • Ability to understand diverse client needs and synthesize them into a scalable yet customizable platform capabilities and features.

  • Strong communication skills and a propensity for translating complex ideas and projects into clear and concise PRDs for AI-native spec driven development

  • You are mission driven and love the fact that the better we do as a company, the less waste we’ll see in the world.
