Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Technical Program Manager II in San Mateo, CA to develop strategies and coordinate projects to establish automated infrastructure for data collection using Agile and Quality Assurance (QA) tools. Requires a Master’s degree in Business Analytics or related field or equivalent and three (3) years of experience utilizing data visualization and data collection tools, including ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana), Tableau, Domo, Adobe Analytics, Imply, Jira, and qTest to create data tables, perform data visualization, create and maintain visual dashboards, and build prediction models; performing Agile software development, including Python scripting within QA environments; utilizing SQL, Jira, JQL, Confluence, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel formulas to summarize software quality data and create quality analysis dashboards; designing and implementing automated data pipelines to track key metrics; and applying Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including Tokenization and Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), to categorize issues and enhance search capabilities for QA test automation and tool improvement. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Sony is an EOE.


Salary range: $187,533.00 – $243,100.00/year
