Candid Health is looking for a Technical Program Manager - Implementation to serve as the connective tissue between our Engineering, Product, and Operations teams. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives on organization and can navigate the complexities of a fast-growing platform.

You will be responsible for taking high-level business objectives and breaking them down into technical milestones, ensuring that our EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) teams are aligned with our Operations and Implementation goals. You’ll be the person who ensures that as our product grows more complex, our ability to deliver it to customers remains seamless.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Program Orchestration: Lead the planning and execution of large-scale initiatives. You will create the roadmaps, define the milestones, and track progress across multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Bridge Operations & EPD: Act as the primary point of contact for Operations teams. You will translate customer implementation needs into technical requirements and manage the rollout of new features to stakeholders.

  • Master Cross-Functional Integration: You will map and manage the complex interdependencies between our core infrastructure and customer-facing workflows. By identifying technical and operational bottlenecks early, you ensure that platform updates and large-scale implementations move forward without friction or surprises.

  • Risk Mitigation: Anticipate bottlenecks and technical risks before they become "fires." You’ll facilitate trade-off organic discussions between speed of delivery and technical debt.

  • Visibility & Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on program health, resource allocation, and core KPIs.

Who You Are
  • Experienced Program Leader: You have 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a similar role.

  • Technically Fluent: You don't need to be an engineer, but you are comfortable in technical environments. You understand how APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure work together and can follow technical discussions with ease.

  • Expert Communicator: You excel at taking a complex technical update and distilling it into a clear status report for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Operational Mindset: You have a bias toward action. You enjoy building the "system for the work" so that everyone else can do their jobs effectively.

  • Collaborative & Resilient: You are a natural relationship builder who can influence teams without having direct authority over them. You stay calm under pressure and help teams navigate shifting priorities.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from inception to launch.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana etc.) and documentation software (Confluence, Notion).

  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment is a major plus.

  • Strong analytical skills; you use data to drive decisions and measure project success.
