Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi disciplinary programs that integrate software, systems, algorithms, hardware, and business facing capabilities. You will own program execution end to end – driving definition, development, integration, and delivery of advanced technology solutions used in advanced analytics applications and platforms.
This is a high visibility role that partners deeply across Engineering, Service, IT and other business organizations. It ensures that strategic objectives, technical execution, and business goals remain tightly aligned.

What You’ll Lead:

1. Program Leadership & Execution

  • Drive software and system‑level development for advanced analytics across algorithms, systems, software, and applications engineering

  • Own full‑lifecycle program delivery – from concept and requirements through pilot, production readiness, and support

  • Create and manage detailed, data‑driven program plans, milestones, dependencies, and KPIs

2. Product & Technology Integration

  • Partner with software, algorithm, infra, applications, and UI teams to ensure seamless integration of new features into complex technology systems

  • Ensure programs meet performance, reliability, cost, manufacturability, and serviceability targets

3. Cross‑Functional & Business Alignment

  • Act as the primary cross‑functional interface with IT PMO, IT function groups, business partners, and our team

  • Collaborate with business partners to validate use‑cases, gather feedback, and guide solution adoption and deployment readiness

4. Risk Management & Operational Excellence

  • Identify technical, schedule, and operational risks early; drive mitigation plans with urgency and transparency

  • Champion continuous improvement, establishing metrics, dashboards, and scalable program processes

5. Strategic Influence

  • Help shape solution and technology roadmaps by internalizing business priorities, feedback, and system trade‑offs

  • Advocate for data‑driven decisions, resource allocation, and cross‑team alignment

Why Join Us

  • Lead programs at the intersection of software, algorithms, infra, applications/UI, and IT & Cyber functions

  • Work directly with business partners with experts across Engineering, Service, IT, Cyber, and other business organizations

  • Influence next‑generation product architectures and shape technologies for our advanced analytics solutions

  • Join a culture that values innovation, technical excellence, and business impact

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and eight (8) years of relevant experience in technical program management, product development, or engineering.

  • Proven success delivering multi‑disciplinary systems (Software, Algorithms, Applications, UI/UX, Infra, or similar)

  • Strong technical depth with the ability to challenge assumptions, assess engineering proposals, and ensure robust development plans

  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrixed, fast‑paced engineering environment

  • Experience with NPI, PLC processes, and leading programs from inception through production deployment

  • Familiarity with Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies

  • Outstanding communication, storytelling, and executive‑level presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously

  • Experience engaging with global customers and driving adoption strategies
