Process & Communication

  • Stakeholder Reporting: Provide clear, data-driven status reporting to VP-level executives regarding program health, risks, and milestone achievements.
  • Agile Governance: Facilitate Sprint Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Quarterly Planning (PI Planning) sessions to prioritize the backlog effectively.

Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to eCommerce, Retail, or Supply Chain domains.
  • Omnichannel Expertise: Proven track record delivering features like Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS), Curbside Pickup, or Returns Management.
  • Multi-Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage 3+ complex technical projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Agile delivery experience, including facilitating Scrum of Scrums and quarterly planning and PI Planning sessions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience reporting program status, risks, and milestones to VP-level leaders and coordinating across Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations stakeholders.
  • Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of API integrations (REST/GraphQL), Microservices architecture, and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
  • Tooling: Expert proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project) is a plus.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
