Position Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to join our Professional Services team to help deliver successful software implementations. This role requires a mix of project management and technical skills to ensure client success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead Netwrix implementation projects ensuring customers derive maximum value
  • Collaboratively work through Agile Framework-aligned activities to meet customer needs
  • Develop and maintain project workflows and reporting to ensure transparency
  • Help support the PMO and project management team with
    • invoice requests including reconciliation, project audits, and time validation
    • standard project workspace setup based on project complexity
  • Help support the PMO and practice to establish, maintain, and continuously improve standard processes, templates, and KPI metrics with efforts governed according to appropriate change control and revision tracking procedures.
  • Help ensure projects meet budget, schedule, key milestones and deliverables
  • Build positive relationships with our customers and within our team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required (1-3 years of experience)
  • Experience as a customer-facing Project Coordinator, in a software vendor consulting services organization, with strong relevant technical experience in a related technological environment.
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile aligned methodologies and building and grooming project backlogs.
  • Highly organized with experience coordinating multiple projects concurrently with cross-team dependencies.
  • Ability to work directly with customers, resource managers, and Engineers to ensure expectations are managed against contract responsibilities.
  • Experience with managing projects governed by a statement of work as well as working with professional services back-end administration and reporting.
  • Strong services-oriented administration background.
  • Able to take a consultative approach and make sure scope and project boundaries are maintained.
  • Salesforce.com, Mavenlink/Kantata and Office apps - advanced skill level.
  • Beneficial certifications:
    • PMP certification or PRINCE 2 Practitioner or similar
    • Scrum Master or Product Owner Certification
    • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification
