iTalent Digital is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team of technology consultants.
You will bring a breadth of experience and become a valuable contributing member of the project team, not just a task driver and status provider. This is an exciting area of the company delivering cutting-edge solutions.
You will join our Digital Transformation and PMO Group. 90% of your work will be client focused. 10% of your work will be internal.
The internal responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your iTD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material. (Blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal iTD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required qualifications and skills
As a Technical Project Manager, you will drive complex technical projects within the Retail Portfolio that directly support key initiatives to help the growth of our client. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will help manage, implement and ensure successful delivery of Digital projects. You will help in delivering and executing various initiatives to position IT to deliver exceptional results to our business partners. In addition, you will:
• Create, track and status project plans to include milestone schedules, scope, resource plans, budgets and cross-functional dependencies
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with partnership across Engineering, QE, Product Management
• Ability to drive the project forward- simplifying the complex
• Successful track record leading multiple projects from inception to execution
• Manage risks, cross dependencies, project budgets
• Capture, publish and follow-up on meeting notes, action items and other inter-team communications
• Work with both IT and Business program owners to identify accurate resource estimates
• Utilize project data to make future projects more productive and cost-efficient
Preferred qualifications and skills
We’re excited about you if you have:
• 5+ years of Project Management experience, focusing on execution of Digital projects. (This could include OMNI, Loyalty, Marketplaces, Front End projects)
• Experience with Atlassian tools – JIRA for project execution and Confluence for reporting
• A proven track record of successful project delivery, from inception through implementation
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Track record of successfully working with cross-functional teams – business users, project managers, architecture, QA, release and engineering teams to build and enhance Knowledge context.
• Skilled in using AI in your day to day PjM activities to increase efficiency
• Metric driven team management using Agile and Scrum methodologies, running daily Sprint meetings
  • Scrum Master Certification preferred
• Extensive experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Significant experience managing budgets
• PMP/CSM a plus
