Bring your expertise to shape and enhance the journey of products from inception to our customers' hands. Mentor a dedicated team and lead key activities across the product life cycle, turning challenges into opportunities for continuous value and delivery.

As a Product Delivery Director in Commercial & Investment Banking operations team, you will drive execution of complex, cross-functional AI and automation initiatives—from early discovery to production launch and scaled rollout. You are highly technical (ideally ex-engineer/researcher/data scientist) with experience building production systems, and you can translate product vision into executable plans, remove roadblocks, and hold stakeholders accountable in a large, regulated banking environment. You will also set up and mature this new Technical Project Management function, including operating mechanisms, progress reporting, and communication rhythms.

Job responsibilities
  • Convert product plans into project plans with clear scope, milestones, owners, and timelines.
  • Own delivery cadence: daily/weekly execution check-ins, action tracking, and reporting into product operating mechanisms.
  • Drive clear communication: coordinate progress updates, status narratives, dependency/risk readouts, and decision logs across stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks; escalate decisively to protect timelines.
  • Drive execution toward target dates; empowered to demand deliverables and decisions from stakeholders.
  • Coordinate build-to-launch activities: integration, testing/validation, user feedback, approvals, and rollout plans.
  • Stand up and mature the TPM function: define ways of working, templates/rituals, governance, and metrics that improve delivery predictability.
  • Directs principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Owns the change management framework across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Coaches and mentors the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
  • Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness
  • Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Significant experience leading complex technical delivery across multiple teams
  • Prior hands-on experience building production systems (software, platform, research engineering, or data science).
  • Strong technical fluency in system architecture, cloud/infrastructure, and AI-enabled applications (e.g., LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, evaluation/monitoring).
  • Strong stakeholder management, written/verbal communication, and execution discipline; experience in regulated enterprises.
  • Proficiency with Agile/Scrum and delivery tooling (e.g., Jira).
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Recognized thought leader within a related field
  • Advanced degree (MS/PhD).
  • Experience delivering AI-driven programs in banking/financial services or similarly regulated industries.
  • Track record taking prototypes to production at scale and operating effectively in ambiguity.
