As a Technical Project Manager at Via, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic, cross-functional product initiatives across our global platform. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders to launch innovative features that make transit more efficient, accessible, and scalable.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you’ll ensure that our product vision becomes a reality, on time, at scale, and with measurable results.

What You'll Do 

  • Define, coordinate, and oversee all technical aspects of launching Via’s revolutionary mobility
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, QA, and Business teams to define requirements, manage timelines, and track delivery milestones.
  • Align technical delivery with business goals, ensuring product value is delivered effectively and efficiently.
  • Own cross-functional project planning, including scope definition, scheduling, risk mitigation, dependency management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proactively identify execution risks and troubleshoot delivery challenges in real time.
  • Manage concurrent initiatives while maintaining high attention to detail and strategic oversight.
  • Drive process improvements and delivery best practices across teams.

Who You Are 

  • 3-4 years of experience in technical project management or program management, with a track record of delivering complex software projects  - Must
  • Strong proficiency with software project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) - Must
  • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, troubleshooting issues in real-time and overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Data-informed decision-maker with the ability to interpret KPIs and goals to prioritize and track success.
  • A strong executor, you get the job done while keeping the big picture firmly in mind
  • Detail-oriented, thorough, and highly organized
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to operate seamlessly between business, product, engineering, and management.
