Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a cross-functional interface between Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Service Business Units. Builds alignment across engineering, product, design and business.
  • Act as interface between Engineering and Field Service Operations, track customer's requests and Beta qualifications.
  • Coordinate activities within AGS Operations: Planning, Purchasing and Engineering, and external suppliers to ensure no risk to customers.
  • Responsible for Business Process improvements, including maintaining matrix for process improvements and implementation of changes
  • Prepare and execute on project plan and define program objectives, including planning to implementation, to meet project timelines, deliverables and stay within budget
  • Run cross-functional program reviews; including creating dashboards and data visualization to present status and results
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues, then remove obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for a positive outcome

Functional Knowledge

  • Knowledge on Electro-Mechanical and Software engineering fundamentals.
  • Release engineering process documents.
  • Translation of business requirements into technical specs.
  • Data & Analytics.
  • Technical writing (design documentation, specs, program updates)

  • Has knowledge of company best practices and how own function integrates with other roles; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

  •  Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements

  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

  • Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies

  • Strong communication and presentation skills and emotional intelligence

Required Education and/or Certifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar).
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma/ Lean Manufacturing, preferred
  • Program Management certified (nice to have)
  • MS Office suite: Intermediate knowledge of Excel VBA, Access database, Project (nice to have)
  • Experience with Smartsheet project management and dashboard creation (nice to have)
  • Experience with Tableau reporting and dashboard creation (nice to have)

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
