  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements, build search strategy, and calibrate candidate quality
  • Build talent maps and competitive intelligence on target companies/talent pools
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline status in the ATS
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics (response rates, pipeline conversion, time-to-fill) and adjust strategy accordingly

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong track record sourcing for software engineering roles, with solid understanding of engineering concepts, tech stacks, and terminology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for candidate outreach and stakeholder management
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools (Boolean/X-ray search, GitHub, etc.)
  • Highly organized and able to independently manage multiple open roles at once
  • Able to work onsite in Mountain View, CA for the duration of the contract

Nice to Have

  • Experience sourcing for AI/ML or data roles
  • Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
