We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.

We are excited to bring on a Technical Sourcer to drive top-of-funnel recruiting strategy and efforts across our growing company. We are undergoing a massive growth spurt and are looking for someone who is excited about the sourcing domain and has a passion for engaging top talent as we continue to expand our Physical AI footprint.

At Applied, you will:

  • Build and manage high-quality pipelines for technical roles across autonomy, ML/AI, embedded systems, and software engineering

  • Develop creative, research-driven sourcing and talent mapping strategies to find top passive talent

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand what "great" looks like for each role

  • Collaborate with full-cycle recruiters to ensure a top-notch, seamless candidate experience for top industry talent

  • Leverage data and market research to continuously refine sourcing strategies as the industry continues to evolve

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 2+ years in technical sourcing at a reputable software company

  • Has previous agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing or other related fields

  • Is able to build rapport with candidates and employees

  • Has strong organizational skills

  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in autonomous vehicles and enterprise software recruiting is a plus!
