Job Description

Contribute to the development of specific Feature Descriptions for the IPedge and VIPedge IP-PBX project including a general description, feature operation, configuration and programming information, interactions with other features, and resource requirements.


Assist in the development of Installation Manual, Help Files, and User Guides of the IPedge and VIPedge IP-PBX projects.


The documentation will be developed by interacting with the system, observing demonstrations, interviewing development and QA engineers, and reviewing available engineering specs.


Documentation is written in FrameMaker. Some diagrams and charts are drawn using Visio. Experience with Microsoft Office will be helpful.
