Title- Enterprise AI Enablement Manager

Basic Function

The Enterprise AI Enablement Manager will help build and scale how SB Energy adopts AI responsibly across the enterprise. They will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, design, and deploy AI use cases that are scalable, compliant, and high-impact. 

This role will translate business workflows into practical and outcome-driven AI solutions, secure adoption frameworks, and user-friendly enablement resources so that employees responsibly and efficiently leverage AI in their workflows. 

Success in this role means more than launching tools: it means employees interact more effectively with enterprise knowledge, documents, approvals, systems of record (e.g. NetSuite, Paylocity, Vena, Workiva, SharePoint), and other internal platforms.

This person will serve as a bridge between business teams, Digital Platform / IT, Legal, Cybersecurity, and external AI partners. The role will own enterprise use-case intake, requirements gathering, product requirements documents, change management, user training, governance, adoption metrics, and ongoing improvement of AI-enabled workflows. 

This role reports of the Vice President, HR & IT and supports team build-out for AI capabilities.

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with Legal, HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and other business teams to discover, prioritize, and document AI enablement opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into process maps, product requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, launch plans, and adoption playbooks.
  • Lead enablement of ChatGPT Enterprise across business functions, including training, office hours, prompt libraries, workflow guides, and function-specific use cases.
  • Help design AI-assisted workflows for legal intake, contract review support, policy Q&A, HR self-service, finance reporting, period-close support, AP workflows, and other enterprise processes.
  • Work with Digital Platform, IT, Cybersecurity, and Legal to define data access, permissions, privacy, legal privilege, auditability, and responsible AI guardrails.
  • Coordinate with OpenAI and internal technical teams on connectors, API integrations, knowledge retrieval, document access, and workflow automation.
  • Ensure AI solutions improve the user experience while preserving appropriate approvals, controls, and source-of-record requirements in systems such as Paylocity and NetSuite.
  • Build and maintain success metrics, including adoption, time saved, cycle-time reduction, user satisfaction, and quality of AI-assisted outputs.
  • Develop communication and change-management materials to drive adoption across departments.
  • Maintain a feedback loop with users and stakeholders to refine launched use cases and identify new opportunities.
    Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, operations, computer science, legal operations, finance operations, HR operations, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems, business operations, product management, AI enablement, or process improvement.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business teams to gather requirements and launch enterprise tools or workflows.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Paylocity, Workiva, Vena, contract/document management systems, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of ChatGPT Enterprise, generative AI tools, workflow automation, APIs/connectors, or enterprise copilots preferred.
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, scalable processes, and practical technology solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train non-technical users and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of data privacy, confidential information, legal privilege, access controls, and responsible AI governance.
  • Experience in legal operations, HR technology, finance systems, or enterprise business transformation is a plus.
  • Energy, infrastructure, or data center industry experience is a plus.

Base Pay - $140000-$190000

The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks—while ensuring internal parity across our teams. In addition to competitive base pay, total compensation may include a discretionary annual bonus and a market leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package. Final details will be discussed during the later stages of the hiring process.
