About us:
Founded by former Google search engineers with PhDs in AI from ETH Zurich, DeepJudge helps legal teams unlock and apply the knowledge inside their organizations through world-class enterprise search and AI infrastructure – enabling them to automate workflows, build knowledge-powered applications, and turn institutional knowledge into a lasting advantage.
Every organization can license the same AI models, but no two organizations share the same institutional knowledge. Decades of experience, work product, and precedent are often fragmented across systems, underused, and inaccessible. DeepJudge makes this expertise instantly available and actionable – helping legal teams find the right information faster, surface relevant knowledge, and apply it where it matters most.
Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading law firms and legal teams, including Holland & Knight, Gunderson Dettmer, Cozen O’Connor, ArentFox Schiff, CMS Switzerland, Schoenherr, and others.
Headquartered in Switzerland with a growing team across North America and Europe, DeepJudge is shaping the future of how professional knowledge is discovered and applied.
At DeepJudge, we move with urgency, think rigorously, and work closely with our clients to build products that solve meaningful problems. If you want to help define how AI transforms professional knowledge work, we’d love to hear from you.
About the role:
We are looking for a Technology Partner Manager who wants to become part of a world-class AI / Legal Tech startup. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to help build and scale our technology partnership ecosystem. In this role, you will focus on identifying, negotiating, activating, and cultivating strategic technology partnerships that expand DeepJudge’s reach, strengthen our market position, and contribute to pipeline growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize technology partners whose platforms, integrations, and market presence can strengthen DeepJudge’s ecosystem and accelerate go-to-market impact
Lead partnership conversations from initial outreach through negotiation and signature, moving quickly while balancing commercial value, strategic fit, and long-term relationship health
Activate newly signed partners by coordinating internally across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Legal to turn agreements into real launches, joint value propositions, and operational momentum
Cultivate existing partnerships by developing joint plans, maintaining strong partner relationships, and driving ongoing engagement after signature rather than treating the deal as the finish line
Help define how DeepJudge works with partners in a rapidly evolving vertical, navigating ambiguity with sound judgment and professionalism
Surface market feedback and partner insights to internal teams so that product strategy, integration priorities, and partner motions stay aligned with customer demand
Contribute to measuring partner success across marketing contribution, sales pipeline influence, and broader go-to-market impact as our partnerships program continues to mature
Bring proactive ideas on how DeepJudge can deepen its strategic position in legal AI through partnerships, integrations, and differentiated ecosystem execution
You're a great fit if you:
You have 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related commercial role in B2B SaaS
You have a strong commercial mindset and understand how partnerships and integrations can create meaningful go-to-market impact, not just technical outcomes
You are an excellent relationship builder and negotiator, able to work effectively with external partners as well as internal stakeholders across product, legal, engineering, and sales
You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, especially in fast-moving markets where collaboration and competition can coexist at the same time
You bring sound judgment, humility, and a strong desire to learn, and you are motivated by building something new in a high-growth environment
You can move quickly from first conversation to signed agreement while staying organized, strategic, and detail-oriented throughout the process
You are able to understand technical concepts and integration-related discussions well enough to engage credibly with product and engineering teams
You communicate effectively and with full proficiency in English
What you can look forward to:
You will be able to take on meaningful ownership from day 1 in a role with clear visibility and strategic importance to the business
You will help shape and scale a growing partnerships function at a company that sits in a uniquely important position within the legal AI ecosystem
You will work on high-impact initiatives across multiple teams and gain exposure to product, go-to-market, and strategic decision-making at a fast-growing startup
You will be part of an ambitious, thoughtful, and collaborative team that values rigor, learning, and continuous improvement
Compensation is determined based on role level, location, skills, and experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
