Role Overview:

As the Technology Partnerships Lead for Majestic Labs ai, you will be responsible for developing partnership strategies and executing agreements across silicon, IP and other advanced technologies. Each of these is critical to the success of the company’s mission: ubiquitous AI enabled by breakthrough performance, efficiency, and scalability of servers that run the most complex AI workloads. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering and Product leaders to ensure our partnerships are always in sync with our North Star mission and product priorities, and drive timely execution of technology and manufacturing engagements. This is a fast-paced, high impact role where you will interface directly with the founders and core leadership team on a regular basis. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive cross-functional partner strategy for silicon and system development, collaborating with engineering, product, and executive teams.
  • Cultivate new relationships and support exploratory discussions with potential partners, including managing RFQ processes.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and drive development deals with technology and ASIC service partners in the silicon ecosystem.
  • Establish supply chain agreements and manage ongoing business relationships with current partners.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years experience of either business development work experience or commodity sourcing management for silicon, IP licensing, and system / server development, especially for AI or HPC servers.
  • Experience negotiating and structuring complex technology or sourcing deals with consideration for technical, long-term business and strategic aspects of the relationship.
  • Deep understanding of the silicon development process and existing relationships with / ability to structure new relationships with strategic vendors in the silicon ecosystem (e.g. foundries, OSAT, IP licensors, design services vendors).
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to formulate clear partner and technology strategies, and socialize and secure support of cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong influencing skills and exceptional communication abilities.
  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing & Operations Engineering or other relevant technical fields.
  • Hustle, grit, and a founder mindset—thriving in ambiguity and building from the ground up.
