About the Team:Dedicated to reaching the right customer with the right message at the right time, the Brand Strategy - Omni Channel team thrives on the fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of the business. These outside-the-box thinkers create a strategic approach to engaging our customers across multiple media channels and platforms. As part of the Marketing organization, this team partners closely with others such as Creative, Digital Commerce, Merchandising and Amplification.
The Commercial and Content Planning team leads the integration of all of Rothy’s marketing channels, in order to create a seamless and strategic approach when interacting with our customers. Overall, this team is responsible for reaching the right customer at the right time with the right message.
About the role:As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will take the lead on content planning and creative briefs for our owned channels, specifically focusing on expanding retail marketing across our stores. This role involves developing and executing strategies that align with our brand goals while collaborating with various teams to create a unified retail experience. You'll also manage relationships with external partners and support the broader marketing calendar to enhance engagement and drive growth across all channels.
What you'll do:Manage content planning and creative briefing for Rothy’s owned channels (Site & Retail), with a primary focus on retail marketing expansion
Develop and execute retail marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and business objectives across all U.S. stores, including a growing pipeline of new stores
Partner with Visual Merchandising to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand presentation in stores
Own content briefing of retail marketing assets (signage, window displays, digital assets, and experiential activations)
Collaborate with Retail Operations and regional teams to localize marketing initiatives
Retail marketing budget management and invoice tracking for VM and marketing events
Identify and execute local partnerships, events, and brand-level activations for the full retail fleet, including grand openings
Manage external relationships with mall marketing contacts and vendors
Coordinate with eCommerce and digital teams to ensure omnichannel consistency
Support cross-functional coordination for seasonal product launches, partnering with merchandising, creative, and digital teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and on-time execution
Support the broader team on maintaining the commercial and promotional calendar, strategically planning offers, campaigns, and channel activations to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth across Rothy’s DTC channels
5+ years of experience working in marketing and/or brand strategy for a consumer brand or agency (retail experience a plus)
Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments, managing several projects simultaneously
Strong business acumen with the ability to gather weekly channel performance data to leverage in future marketing briefs and content plans
Experience writing and presenting marketing briefs for omni-channel marketing campaigns to the broader marketing team
Experience presenting campaign results and insights to senior management
Continue to have a pulse on industry trends - particularly in the retail environment - to inspire innovation and new ways of thinking for the brand
$120,000 - $145,000 annually
Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
