Build and maintain IBM Planning Analytics TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, integrations, templates, and reports supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Troubleshoot and optimize existing models, manage changes, document solutions, and perform SIT, regression testing, defect tracking, and go-live support during MECCA’s SAP ERP transformation. The role works closely with Finance, FP&A, and IT.

MECCA's moving to SAP, and we need someone who can keep the TM1 side of Finance running while it happens.

We're mid-way through a full ERP transformation, and the TM1 models behind our budgeting, forecasting and reporting need someone hands-on to make sure nothing breaks along the way. Half the job is BAU - keeping existing models solid. The other half is getting stuck into SIT testing as SAP goes live.

What's in it for you
  • Real ownership - you'll build and run actual production models, not patch someone else's work

  • A front-row seat on a big project - hands-on SIT testing between SAP and TM1, at a scale you don't get to see often

  • Variety - BAU one day, new model builds and SAP testing the next

  • Direct line to Finance and FP&A - you'll actually see your work get used, not ship it into a void

What you'll be doing
  • Build new TM1 cubes, dimensions, hierarchies and rules, and write TurboIntegrator processes for data loads and integrations

  • Keep existing models running well - troubleshoot issues, tune performance, manage change requests, document as you go

  • Build TM1 Web and Planning Analytics for Excel templates and reports for budgeting, forecasting and reporting

  • Run SIT test scripts, log and track defects, and cover regression testing through to go-live

What you'll bring
  • Real hands-on TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics experience - cubes, dimensions, rules, TI processes

  • Experience building templates and reports in TM1 Web and PAfe

  • A solid handle on budgeting and forecasting processes

  • Strong SQL and comfort with relational databases

  • Sharp troubleshooting instincts and the ability to explain technical stuff to non-technical people

Nice to have: SIT/ERP testing experience, SAP exposure (S/4HANA, BW, FI/CO), Tableau.

Melbourne-based, full-time 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll be working closely with Finance, FP&A and IT through a genuine period of change, so it suits someone happy to juggle steady BAU work with the occasional curveball a live ERP project throws up.
