Job Description Summary:

Position Objective:
This position ensures proper allocation of time, resources and schedules for all projects that move through the Creative Department.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $75,000 - $86,000K per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities 

  • Create and maintain up-to-date schedules for projects of varying scope from inception to completion using internal project management tools. 

  • Oversee consumer-facing email production ensuring the accuracy of products, linking strategy and promotional details.  

  • Communicate with department staff and all key stakeholders, acting as liaison on job status, changes needed, cost implications and alternative options. 

  • Schedule and facilitate daily meetings and maintain project tracking to ensure marketing and creative teams are aware of project status and priorities. 

  • Identify and action on opportunities to adjust and review work processes to increase efficiency and maintain all process documentation. 

  • Maintain and organize the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to ensure assets reflect current product lines.   

  • Assist with other duties and assigned projects as requested. 

  • Manage project/printing/delivery ensuring deadlines are met by working with all departments and outside vendors. 

  • This position is responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness.

Candidate Profile 

  • 2-3 years in a traffic or production role. 

  • Strong organizational, planning and project management skills. Ability to balance attention to detail with strategic thinking. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Adept at collaboration and problem solving in support of business needs. 

  • A track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment and comfort with ambiguity. Self-motivated and proactive with a sense of urgency. Able to manage multiple projects and quickly respond to and act upon critical feedback. 

  • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, and in a positive manner. 

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Google Docs and Acrobat. Experience with project management tools a plus. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Project Management Certification or equivalent work experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, in addition to a full range of generous medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
