Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated professional to join our real estate Transaction Management Services team as a Transaction Analyst dedicated to supporting a national healthcare client headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. This individual will directly support their Sr. Transaction Analyst and Sr. Transaction Manager who, collectively, will help our client strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions to meet their business and occupancy needs.  This position will support the client’s Northern California region as well as their real estate in OR, WA, and NV.

Responsibilities:

Our Transaction Analyst will assist in developing strategies and financial models for real estate transactions. You will also support simple lease acquisitions, lease renewals and dispositions. Additional responsibilities include qualitatively and quantitatively evaluating client building alternatives and lease options. Research companies, landlords, and potential subtenants.  Gather and evaluate real estate market and property data; this can include conducting market calls, previewing space opportunities, developing fact sheets and tour books, and gathering photos and floor plans as necessary.

You will help facilitate and coordinate transaction execution package requirements.

•  Proactively assists client in managing their real estate portfolio to achieve cost reduction, financial and occupancy optimization, monetization and other client goals

•  Reviews, interprets and summarizes lease documents and clauses. 

•  With the support of the Sr. Transaction Analyst, occasionally performs complex financial analyses (e.g., headquarters, master plans, sale leasebacks, etc.). Integrates complex occupancy scenario planning into financial analysis

•  Strategically leverages networking with peers within JLL to deliver optimal results

•  Establishes a strong and trusted relationship with the client

Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics or related field required. 

•  Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years commercial real estate analyst or transactional experience

•  Real estate brokerage or salespersons license desired

•  Possesses fundamental understanding of real estate and lease terminology

•  Experience with modeling complex occupancy scenarios

•  Strong financial, analytical, and reporting skills

•  Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information

•  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) with the capability to master company specific database programs.

·       Desire to use AI to improve business processes

•  Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

•  Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients

•  Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload

•  Understanding of and commitment to client services

•  A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

75,000.00 – 85,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
