This role operates at the intersection of business, technology, and operations-identifying high-value opportunities, translating them into scalable solutions, and embedding them into day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to lead transformation initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring sustainable adoption and long-term impact.
What You Will Do
Transformation & Value Delivery• Identify and prioritize automation, digital, and AI opportunities through process analysis and performance insights. • Translate business challenges into clear transformation use cases with defined KPIs, target states, and value metrics. • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from concept, pilot, and scaling through to operationalization. • Apply structured problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and agile execution methodologies. • Track, validate, and sustain operational and financial benefits from transformation initiatives.
AI & Automation Use Case Ownership• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and automation use cases. • Assess and prioritize initiatives based on value, feasibility, scalability, and risk. • Develop and evaluate business cases to support investment decisions. • Coordinate solution design, pilot execution, and industrialization with business, IT, data, and automation teams. • Drive governance, performance monitoring, and effective change management activities.
Portfolio & Capability Management• Manage and visualize the transformation portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. • Support leadership teams with prioritization, transparency, and actionable insights. • Coach use case owners and promote reuse of platforms, frameworks, and best practices. • Contribute to capability building in automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Foster a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and AI-first thinking across the organization.
Skills You Will Bring• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience in transformation, automation, digitalization, AI, or operational excellence roles. • Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and structured problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to translate business challenges into practical digital, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. • Familiarity with automation, AI delivery models, Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies. • Hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as Power Platform, Snowflake, Python, and Power BI. • Experience in consulting environments or large-scale transformation programs is preferred. • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences. • Demonstrated ability to balance innovation with disciplined execution in fast-paced environments.
