WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support our Treasury team across repurchase agreement trading, margin, and stock loan workflows in a fast-moving front-office environment
  • Proactively identify and resolve highly complex and business-critical production issues with urgency by diagnosing root causes, coordinating fixes, and keeping stakeholders informed through completion
  • Monitor mission-critical workflows, data feeds, and scheduled processes to ensure service levels are met throughout the trading day
  • Analyze application and data issues that affect financing, margin, and borrow activity, and drive timely remediation with technology partners
  • Partner with development teams to translate recurring support themes into clear requirements, priorities, and durable platform improvements
  • Support Margin and Stock Loan teams by ensuring applications, reports, and data flows are available and accurate
  • Coordinate application releases by validating changes, completing post-deployment checks, and confirming production readiness with business users
  • Improve support processes by creating runbooks, strengthening controls, and identifying opportunities to reduce manual intervention
  • Collaborate across global Technology and Treasury teams to support business continuity, incident response, and reliable service delivery
  • Provide off-hours support, including weekends, as required

WHAT'S REQUIRED

  • 5+ years of industry experience in a front-office support role
  • Bachelor’s degree or formal training in computer science or a related technical field
  • Strong understanding of fixed income products and financial markets workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment
  • Proficiency in database querying for data analysis, troubleshooting, and production issue investigation
  • Coding or scripting skills to support automation and problem resolution
  • Working knowledge of desktop operating environments and database-backed applications
  • Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills in production technology environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support both business users and technology partners
  • Develop support processes, documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures

The annual base salary range for this role is $170,000-$225,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
