  • Coordinate global internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure flawless execution across multiple concurrent projects.

  • Support development and performance management of drone and sensor service providers, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and cost control.

  • Conduct site visits as needed to ensure deployment excellence and performance optimization.

Operational Excellence

  • Implement Business System Intelligence initiatives to improve KPIs, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Support performance evaluations and maintain oversight of contractual performance obligations and associated payment milestones.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Control Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Project Engineering or a similar technical deployment/field engineering role preferred.

  • Experience in Controls Engineering, Renewable Energy Systems, or Data Analytics is a plus.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and solution design capabilities.

  • Experience with control systems, performance modeling, automation, or RPA is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and performance dashboards (Power BI or similar).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Visio.

  • Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional, global environments.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with customers, EPCs, and internal technical teams.
