Location: US

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to work onsite with a client’s product and engineering teams in downtown Toronto. This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring strong ownership of end-to-end design execution across mobile and web products.

The ideal candidate brings exceptional UI/visual craft, deep product thinking, and the ability to operate independently in fast-paced client environments, while seamlessly adapting to existing design systems used by large-scale digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end UI/UX design for mobile and web applications, from concept to final delivery
  • Translate product requirements, user needs, and business goals into high-quality design solutions
  • Create pixel-perfect UI designs, interaction flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Ensure strong visual consistency and attention to detail across platforms
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Client Stakeholders onsite
  • Adapt and design within existing client design systems (e.g., Uber, Lyft–style systems)
  • Contribute to usability improvements through user-centered design principles
  • Maintain design quality while working independently with minimal supervision

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience designing both mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications
  • Exceptional UI/visual design skills with a sharp eye for typography, spacing, color, and layout
  • Proven experience as an individual contributor in product-driven organizations
  • Ability to work independently at client locations and manage multiple design priorities
  • Experience working within or adapting to enterprise-level design systems
  • Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma (required)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in Finance / FinTech products
  • Background working with large-scale consumer or platform products
  • Exposure to accessibility standards and usability best practices


Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
