Job Title

(US Remote) Operations Manager, Strategic Partnerships

About your role:

As an Operations Manager, Strategic Partnerships, you will help keep critical day-to-day partnership and field sales operations running accurately, consistently, and on time. You will own recurring reporting, partner and employee incentive administration, roster and territory data, inventory logistics, and key operational processes that support strategic partnerships. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who thrives in the details, takes ownership from start to finish, and understands that even small errors can create financial, partner, or operational consequences. You will work across teams to resolve issues, maintain reliable data, and improve how the business operates.

What you’ll do:

Business Reporting & Data Accuracy

•  Own Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and recurring business performance reporting; validate data quality and deliver accurate, timely updates.

•  Use Excel and operational data to reconcile information, identify issues, and support business reviews and leadership requests.

Sales & Partnership Operations

•  Administer partner and employee sales performance incentive fund (SPIFF) programs, including tracking, payout coordination, reconciliation, and issue resolution.

•  Maintain employee and partner rosters, reporting hierarchies, organizational changes, and onboarding and offboarding records.

•  Manage store assignments and territory alignment for field sales teams, ensuring changes are documented and correctly reflected in systems.

Inventory, Logistics & Operational Support

•  Coordinate sales collateral orders, inventory tracking, shipment fulfillment, and delivery follow-through.

•  Manage device inventory, asset tracking, replacement requests, and deployment logistics.

•  Serve as a primary day-to-day operational resource for strategic partnership activities, resolving requests and escalating risks when needed.

Process Ownership & Project Execution

•  Build, maintain, and improve operating procedures, documentation, controls, and reporting standards to support consistent execution.

•  Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to coordinate special projects, business reviews, and operational improvement initiatives.

•  Manage competing priorities and deadlines independently while ensuring details, handoffs, and follow-ups are completed accurately.

Experience you’ll need to have:

•  3+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, program management, or a closely related hands-on operational role.

•  Practical experience building and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards and analyzing business data.

•  Strong Excel skills, including organizing, validating, and reconciling detailed datasets.

•  Demonstrated ownership of recurring, detail-intensive processes where accuracy, timelines, and follow-through are critical.

•  Excellent organization, project coordination, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.

•  Ability to manage multiple workflows independently, spot discrepancies, solve problems, and escalate issues proactively.

Experience that would be great to have:

•  Experience supporting enterprise partnerships, retail or field sales teams, merchant services, payments, or financial technology.

•  Experience administering incentive or commission programs, maintaining organizational hierarchies, or coordinating territory assignments.

•  Experience with asset or device inventory, fulfillment, process documentation, operational controls, or continuous improvement.

•  Experience preparing recurring business reviews and collaborating with finance, sales, operations, and partner-facing teams.

How you’ll work:

•  Remote work is anticipated for this position; final location and work arrangement are subject to confirmation in the approved requisition.
