What you will do

  • Localize and execute Plaud’s global integrated marketing campaigns across PR, influencer, paid media, and multiple sales channels.
    Collaborate with Global IMC teams to translate strategic direction into actionable, market-specific campaign plans.

  • Own paid media strategy and execution across the Americas, from channel planning to in-flight optimization.

  • Design and run experiments across channels, creative, audiences, and budget allocation to find what scales.

  • Build attribution and measurement frameworks that connect media spend to pipeline and revenue.

  • Manage media and agency partners against clear performance targets and efficiency goals.

  • Track performance, report on what drives results, and reallocate budget toward proven channels.

 
 

Skills, qualifications and experience we look for

  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand activation, ideally in AI, tech, SaaS, or consumer electronics.

  • Proven track record managing cross-channel campaigns and coordinating agencies or partners.

  • Hands-on experience running media across Meta, Google, Amazon, and programmatic platforms.

  • Proven track record designing experiments and reading results to lift channel performance.

  • Strong grasp of attribution, incrementality, and marketing measurement methods.

  • Comfort with data. You can pull, analyze, and act on campaign performance yourself.

  • Strong understanding of paid, earned, and owned media ecosystems.

  • Excellent English communication and project management skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Good at using AI tools to improve work efficiency.
